If you are looking for a 100% mortgage financing solution, you may have found your options becoming increasingly limited. Yet, there are still a couple of 0 down mortgage loan programs in the marketplace including USDA mortgages and VA loans. Unfortunately, unless you living in a rural USDA eligible property and fit within their income limits, a rural housing mortgage might be out of question. VA loans are available to qualifying active duty service men and woman, and veterans.

Like many American home buyers, you may find that neither program is available to you. So, now what? Low money down FHA loans might be your best bet.
